Street photography in East Kent
➔ STORY
I made these images in the spring of 2021in East Kent once I could get back on trains and buses after the start of the Covid vaccination campaign and the loosening of lockdown restrictions.
Some images are quirky, showing people attempting a return to 'normal' life after the first year of the pandemic, and others are puzzling landscapes and situations I encountered whilst roaming the streets, coastline, and fields of this sunny corner of England. In this little book, the normal and the exotic are often one and the same.
Photos made in Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Faversham, Deal, Dover, Folkestone, and places in between.
